Sigur Ros - Glósóli
Sigur Rós is an Icelandic post-rock band with melodic, classical, and minimalist elements. The band is known for its ethereal sound, and frontman Jónsi Birgisson’s falsetto vocals and use of bowed guitar.
Glósóli, a song released as part of their 2005 album Takk, is praised for its artistic and highly cinematographic music video. Watch it and judge by yourself.
Does he fall ?
He doesn’t fall. The director said in an interview that their flying was supposed to look aquatic, and the last boy just did a bomb. This is my favourite video of all time…and the song is just beautiful.
